– that will connect you to any of our offices.
There is time reserved each day for same-day appointments
if you need to see a medical or dental provider
immediately.

HealthPoint physicians board-certified?
HealthPoint Family Care's physicians and
nurse practitioners are all licensed by the State
of Kentucky.
Each HealthPoint physician is board-certified, which means he or she must
pass an exam in their special area of expertise. HealthPoint physician specialties
are family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology,
dentistry and podiatry.

HealthPoint certified by an outside review agency?
Every three years, HealthPoint undergoes
a Primary Care Effectiveness Review by the federal
Bureau of Primary Health Care. Examiners visit each
HealthPoint medical facility to make sure we are
following excellent medical practices and providing
the highest quality of care to our patients.

if I have to go to the hospital?
HealthPoint patients are welcomed at St.
Elizabeth Healthcare hospitals and Cincinnati Children's
Hospital.
HealthPoint utilizes hospitalists to follow the care
of our patients at St. Elizabeth. Our physicians follow
patients at Children's Hospital.
Patients must make their own financial or insurance
arrangements with medical specialists, surgeons
and hospitals.

health insurance plans does HealthPoint accept?
HealthPoint welcomes Kentucky Medicaid (medical card),
KCHIP, and Medicare.
HealthPoint does not accept commercial insurance
plans, such as Anthem and Humana
