How to Apply for a Discount
When you call for an appointment, we’ll ask your income level and let you know what documents to bring to your first visit.
Our discounted fees are based on household income. Please bring one of these as proof of income:
- Federal tax return, most recent year
- Social Security award letter
- Food stamps award
- Verification from WRAP, Welcome House, Brighton Center or Transitions program
- Statement of unemployment by the state
- Letter of grant award for college students
If you cannot provide any of these documents, let our scheduler know when you call to make your appointment.
