The HealthPoint Family Care Foundation was established to ensure financial resources that will enable HealthPoint to provide quality health care to all citizens of its region, regardless of their age, income or insurance. The HealthPoint Foundation has a separate board of directors. The board’s goal is to raise money for capital projects and to subsidize programs and services that are not self-sustainable. Some of these programs are:
  • The Pike Street Clinic for the Homeless
  • Hispanic health care
  • Prescription drug assistance for uninsured and low-income patients
  • Fee waivers for the poor and elderly
  • Free books for our neediest pediatric patients
