The HealthPoint Family Care Foundation was established
to ensure financial resources that will enable
HealthPoint to provide quality health care to
all citizens of its region, regardless of their
age, income or insurance. The HealthPoint Foundation
has a separate board of directors. The board’s
goal is to raise money for capital projects and
to subsidize programs and services that are not
