We Provide Access to Low Cost Prescription Medication and Supplies
HealthPoint offers assistance with medication and diabetic supplies in two ways. Every patient, those with and without insurance, qualifies for our 340B prescription drug program. Simply take your prescription to one of our participating pharmacies. We also assist our patients in applying for discounts through pharmaceutical companies to obtain some medications at no cost. HealthPoint’s Drug Assistance Program (DAP) is available to uninsured patients who qualify for HealthPoint’s sliding fee scale. Ask your provider for assistance.
